For our client in the field of glass facade construction, we are looking for an experienced employee payroll / HR Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) at the next possible date.

Self-preparation and implementation of timely and proper pay and salary accounting Total reporting, reporting and certification Correspondence with sickness funds, social security institutions, financial offices and authorities Contact persons for employees and managers in all accounting, tax and social insurance issues Support in the administration and maintenance of the time economy and HR data HR-side support for monthly and annual accounts

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial businessman, office businessman/woman) with a relevant training in the field of pay billing (e.g. a specialist for wages and salary) or a comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded professional experience in independent payroll accounting, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company Current and deep knowledge of wage tax and social security law. Experience in labour and collective bargaining is a clear plus. Very good user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Highest discretion and friendly appearance Joy of work in the team, open communication and service orientation
