Introduction and further development of Lean Construction methods and tools in all phases of the construction project Moderation and implementation of Lean workshops for the development and optimization of construction schedules Identification of optimization potentials in existing construction processes Cooperation in the development and implementation of standardized processes and tools Structure and maintenance of key-number systems for process monitoring and success measurement Promoting a company-wide lean culture

A successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering Multiannual professional experience in Lean Construction and a thorough understanding of the construction processes Knowledge in handling digital lean tools and scheduling software A high team capability, safe appearance and pronounced communicative skills Day-by-day readiness for travel in the federal territory
