We are looking for a dedicated all-rounder (m/w/d) for the office Team of our customers supported in Oranienbaum-Wörlitz.

In this versatile position, you are looking for different tasks responsible and contribute to the efficiency of office operations.

Your tasks:

• They take over general office activities and general Handicrafts.
• They communicate with employees and customers.
• You conduct acquisitions and organize appointments with potential Customers.
• They are responsible for procurement, storage and distribution of working materials.

Take this with you:

• A completed commercial training or comparable qualifications are available.
• Professional experience in office organization or assistance is desirable.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You care for polite ways and have excellent Communication skills.
• Self-working and high organisational capacity complete your profile.
