For the support of the project team of a sophisticated, highly complex industrial project of the semiconductor industry, we are looking for an experienced organizational talent that brings joy to teamwork and real hands-on mentality. Contract location: flexible – throughout Germany at a Drees & Summer location of your choice Place of work: in an EU-Anrainer State west of Germany (100% readiness required) Professional support of the project teams in all administrative matters of the project everyday Coordination and careful preparation of appointments and meetings Support the project controlling by pre-examination of invoices and supplements Maintenance of the project databases and evaluation of the cost overview Working in the creation of the offer and independent auditing Creating project-related presentations and reports Contact person of the project team and the customer on all project and organization topics

Completed commercial, technical or property training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience as project assistance or team assistance, preferably in engineering or construction projects Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities as well as pronounced detail accuracy Proactive working, self-initiative, as well as the ability to anticipate the needs of the team and solve problems independently very good knowledge of English and pleasure in communication with a wide range of international contacts Fun on self-responsible, solution-oriented work in a dynamic everyday work
