• Self-supporting of technical systems, focusing on the structures of heating, ventilation, sanitary and refrigeration (HLSK)
• Responsibility for compliance and monitoring of standards, current standards and regulations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensuring the functional and operational reliability of HLSK plants
• Building contractor representation in construction projects (also cross-company), incl. coordination of project participants and foreign companies
• Central response for internal and external to HLSK topics
• Handling and further development of Schneider Electric's internal building control technology
• Plant optimization and energy management
• Maintenance of plant data in the CAFM system (Planon)
• Special tasks in the areas of further development of company standards, documentation requirements and fire protection
• Participation in the digitization of facility management

That draws you

• Complete study of supply technology, building technology, facility management, or in a comparable engineering study
• First professional experience in facility management desirable
• knowledge of legal regulations, technical regulations, regulations and standards
• Experience in handling IT systems (CAFM systems, CAD, ERP, GLT)
• Secure handling of common MS Office applications
• Engaged, team- and customer-oriented thinking and working methods
