In this work student activity, you support the team in demand management in the analysis, quality assurance and structured processing of requirements. You will be progressively incorporated into the end-to-end‐demand management process and will increasingly participate in its further development – from process improvements to tool-based solutions. You work closely with various stakeholders and gain insights into decision-making processes at the area management level. Your tasks: analysis and documentation of demand in system management, support in the Change Advisory Board (area management level), organisation of workshops, communication with stakeholders, process analysis and improvement of demand management, support in request control to a tool design for the process, Preparation of training documents and documentation.

your advanced Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics or Similar Study Directions, Very good MS Office knowledge, are open to new tools and methods in project and portfolio management as well as the willingness to present them actively, has a communicative, self-confident and open appearance, Structured and carefully working, Very good knowledge of German (C1). Experiences, trainings or courses in the field of portfolio management and IT management such as: PfMP, agile / lean, CPRE, PMP / IPMA etc. make your application particularly interesting for us.
