For our customers, Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG, we are looking for a construction manager Schlosser (m/w/d) Schiffneubau in full time at the Berne site as part of the employee transfer.

Tasks: Project coordination:

• Planning and organisation of technical works in new shipbuilding

• Coordination with internal departments and external partners

• Ensuring the timely and high quality execution Installation monitoring:

• Control of installation of cableways, devices and foundations according to drawings

• Monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards

• clarification of technical problems and introduction of measures Subcontractor management:

• Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors

• Examination of work results, contracts and dates

• Documentation of services and progress Material and resource management:

• Ensuring material and tool availability

• Control of completeness, quality and readiness to use

• Management of stocks and resources Quality and safety:

• Implementation of occupational safety directives and standards

• Regular construction sites and safety controls

• Creation of reports, protocols and decreases Team leadership:

• Technical guidance and coordination of technicians

• Feedback on performance optimization

• Promoting skills in the team

Requirements: Qualification:

(m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d), or Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d)

• Specialized training qualification mandatory

• Continuing training or experience in project management / construction management

• knowledge of shipbuilding or industrial plant construction Soft skills:

• Good organization and leadership skills

• Communication strength and enforcement

• Structured and solution-oriented operation IT and languages:

• Secure handling of MS Office 365

• Basic knowledge of technical documentation

• Good knowledge of German and English Target sizes:

• schedule, cost control and quality assurance
