You will advise our renowned national and international clients from different countries and industries on all tax issues relating to business purchases and sales and restructuring. In addition, you are responsible for carrying out tax due diligence examinations, structuring consultations as well as contract design and are responsible for the organisational management of the design projects – from supply creation to billing. You work with your team and country-wide and in close cooperation with your team and the partner*in responsible as well as other service lines. As a mentor, you guide our colleagues professionally and support them on their way to Forvis Mazars.

Completed economic or legal studies with a tax focus, degree as a financial institution or completed tax advisor exam Very good knowledge of Transaction Tax Law, ideally also relevant experiences in international tax law Very good knowledge of German and English Joy in a service-oriented, international working environment and a high level of team and communication skills
