With empathy and enthusiasm, you lead your employees and coordinate targeted personnel deployment The staff selection and development of your work will also include: Accompanied by childish joy, you design our assortment and put it in scene with creative sales ideas and promotions The product disposition, warehouse organization including inventory as well as the monitoring of sales processes are also your responsibility You always have a look at retail-specific key figures thanks to Bonanalysis, sales evaluations and your cash and bookkeeping At all, you are our most important interface between the shop and the HARIBO headquarters

Long-standing professional experience in store management in retail, where your completed commercial training forms the basis of your success Joy of professional and disciplinary leadership, which creates a motivating working environment Embossed service and target orientation combined with entrepreneurial thinking and enforcement strength Communication skills in English so that you can optimally advise our international fans Routinized handling of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook complete all this
