Operational Buyer Logistics (m/f/d)

For our location Großbeeren near Berlin we are looking for you in parttime at 30 hours/week at the next time as: Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Order processing: Own responsible creation, installation and maintenance of orders in the system to secure a reliable supply chain. Master Data Care: Continuous updating of supplier data and relevant master data including payment deadlines. Auditing & Accounting: Precise balance of invoices with orders and shipping documents, pre-configuration of incoming invoices and preparation of the handover to the international booking team. Supplier management: Proactive clarification of differences, processing of supplier messages and written correspondence with creditors. Interface communication: close, team-wide cooperation with German, Polish and English-speaking teams as well as international locations.

Education: Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/industry businesswoman (m/w/d) or comparable) with the focus on purchasing, logistics or accounting. Professional experience: First sound practical experience in operational purchasing, creditor accounting or in a comparable field of supply chain. IT knowledge: Secure and routined handling of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel. language competence: communication strength in German and English (word and writing); additional Polish knowledge is a clear plus.
