As a (Senior) Shop Designer (m/w/d) you are looking for the best OBI brand experience and setting standards for customer-oriented product presentation in our markets across Europe. Drive the development of a standardized OBI Store Design concept under functional and scalable aspects Strategic development of the customer journey in the different areas and definition of store planning and option standards for new openings Governance of all relevant format elements and the implementation of these concepts in standardized layouts that serve as the basis for the local planning of new branches and renovations, including flagship stores, pilot stores in new markets (from the visual merchandising strategy to material development to the implementation of the brand experience in the market) Development of store interior and design elements, area and zone planning to reconcile commerciality, modernity and seasonality Definition of guidelines for internal and external brands and shop partners to ensure uniform integration and visualization in all our markets. Conception of blueprints and tests as best practice Examples of subsequent operationalization in assortment projects Design and development of storage concepts up to optimal implementation incl. the support of prototype construction Development of cross-border communication standards and value-benefit communication Creation of POS advertising materials for commercial initiatives and brand-building measures Close cooperation with different agencies

Bachelor Studies, focusing on merchandise management, visual merchandising or interior design or comparable Mind. 7 years of international professional experience in retail, or consulting, including Visual Merchandising -/ Shop/ Interior Design and/or Shopping Very good understanding of land management, merchandise management, shop building High process affinity, analytical and communication skills across all steakholder levels, solution oriented, flexible and responsible
