You take over the self-employed and ongoing support of complex major damage in the real estate sector in whole Germany with a focus on Berlin The coordination of the damage strategy and the necessary measures in consultation with the policyholder, the insurer and external partners is your responsibility You conduct damage negotiations on site You are responsible for the neutral assessment and preparation of comprehensive reports in writing and image for internal and external use You are in close coordination with internal and external customer advisors as well as with our customers to ensure transparent damage processing

You bring a craftsman (construction engineer, master, etc.) or commercial training, ideally complemented by project management and first leadership experiences Experience in the field of insurance damage to the real estate industry is desirable A very high level of communication and negotiation skills A pronounced customer and service orientation is of course for you You bring a high readiness for use and travel, which means that two to three days a week may take place on a mission
