Administrative admission of outpatient patients including contract conclusion. Organisation and administration of the outpatient procedure (patient intake/acceptance). Coordination of appointments, investigations and procedures. Contact person on the phone for patients. Assistance in gynecological studies and treatment measures. Communication internally and externally to other clinics. Implementation of cost-saving measures. Cash registering and cashing out advance payments.
