We realize exciting projects with our renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures and are looking for the next time a motivated/n employee for the position as "Technical Customer Support (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Development of manufacturing concepts
• Identification of manufacturing problems and introduction of Provisions
• Implementation of local agreements and processing of NCs (Non) Conformity), DQNs (Design Query Notes), RDRs (Request for Design Rework), constructional deviations and eQLBs (Quality Log Book)
• cooperation in projects and intensive stakeholder management
• ACM (Aircraft Manager), MAP (Mise a Point) and Quality assurance in continuous improvement routines
• Creating production orders taking into account technical instructions
• Technical support and consulting of production

Your profile:

• Complete further training on the technician/industry in technical Area, completed training to master in the field Industrial mechanics/aircraft mechanics or comparable

• Over two years of professional experience in the field:

• Work preparation

• Manufacturing/production

• Manufacturing planning/control

• Aircraft construction

• Manufacturing Engineering

• First knowledge about SAP/ R3

• Knowledge in Google Workspace

• German language skills

• Basic knowledge of English

• ready for shift work (2-shift)
