DESCRIPTION With us you can start and unfold your full potential, because our 18-month international trainee program has something to offer. In addition to independent station planning, multi-month international deployment and cross-departmental international cooperation, you have the opportunity to develop yourself personally and professionally and to build a large network within the company. At the end of the program, you work together with your trainee year on a strategic project that will be presented to you jointly with the management. Then you can look forward to your first firm position in one of our teams.

Start: As an Internationalr Trainee with the focus on marketing you start on November 1, 2025. Your journey starts with a detailed onboarding: You will spend your first day with your HR Business partner and our other new trainees. Then it goes to your first station for you. Here you will get to know your colleagues, Patin and Mentorin and work on the first tasks and projects. Run: You actively shape your 18-month trainee program: Choose from exciting stations in the field of marketing as well as adjacent national and international departments or other teams. You bring in your ideas and actively promote the further development of our company. You can also support us in digitization topics, for example by evaluating and implementing AI solutions and thus optimizing our existing tools and processes. You will gain more valuable insights through additional short runs in production, the field service or the like. You want to additionally sniff Oetker group air? Then also open this door and experience, for example, one of our start-ups close to the skin. Future: Through a variety of and responsive operations from four to twelve weeks in the day-to-day business and in projects, you prepare yourself for your future, be it professional, project managerin or potential manager. Foreign use: During a four- to six-month foreign mission, you get to know one of our national companies, expand your network and gain an even better understanding beyond the headquarters. At which location you decide, together with your contacts and our national companies. We support you: As part of our trainee community, you have the chance to participate in exclusive trainings to develop your strengths in a targeted manner. You will find a sponsor and a mentor at management level. By the way, you always start together in a group of new trainees.

Study: You are a master graduate. Experience and knowledge: You speak English and German fluently. You have an international mindset, bringing first foreign experience of at least three months. Furthermore, you have ideally already gained first experience in the FMCG industry in the fields of product management, brand management, digital marketing, MarTech, communication, etc. and have a passion for marketing. Personality: You are passionate about professional and entrepreneurial relationships and bring management interest. In complex strategic questions, you will use your solution-oriented, methodical way of working as well as your data-oriented way of thinking. Digital trend topics and technologies are passionate and are therefore always up-to-date with the latest developments, such as the use of AI. You like to leave your comfort zone, are ambitious and striving for personal and professional development. Your hands-on mentality and interpersonal and communicative skills characterize you - you are a networker*in.
