That's what you do to us

You support the management and staff positions in the broker distribution in diverse projects from development to cooperation in smaller subprojects including independent research. You will benefit from extensive integration and develop your presentation, PowerPoint and Excel capabilities significantly. You take the coordination and support for our CRM system and ensure the management of master data. You act as an interface to our provider, create and manage targeted email campaigns and create appealing content for our communication measures. You are solution-oriented in creating presentations and ToDo lists as well as their follow-up. You support us in carrying out qualitative evaluations and cost-benefit analyses. You support the team in the event of administrative tasks and actively engage in cross-departmental votes on diverse topics. Your tasks include the preparation and maintenance of internal and external Jour-fixes appointments and events as well as result logging.

First of all, your personality: You are motivated and well-known for your hands-on mentality. In addition, you are characterized by your own working methods as well as your distinct analytical skills and interest in project work. A structured way of working is of course for you. You are a registered student in a study of economics or a comparable degree course and are available for 20 hours a week. In the lecture-free period, after consultation work is also possible in full time with 38 hours per week. Ideally, you already have first experience in project management through other internships or student work activities. You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. You have very good German skills.
