Active project support: You support the project management and the specialist teams in the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Transformation Project in the field of SAP Finance. Interface Management: You act as a central interface between the departments (e.g. Accounting, Controlling), IT and external consultants within the responsible projects of the Schwarz Group. Conception and documentation: You are responsible for creating detailed and relevant specialist concepts based on defined business requirements. Workshop and training preparation: You prepare workshops and trainings to provide expert experts and end users with the new processes and system functions. Training: You guide training and workshops to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and acceptance of new processes.

Education: completed studies (e.g. economics, business informatics) or a comparable qualification. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting or in consulting with focus on SAP Finance processes. SAP knowledge: Funded knowledge in the SAP FI/CO environment, ideally first touch points or experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance. Methodology: Experience in the preparation of specialist concepts and the implementation of workshops. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, strong communication strength and team spirit. Language skills: You speak German and English fluently. .
