You design and realize modern, efficient and brand-friendly packaging solutions for our micronutrients products and define the technical specifications of our packaging You analyze existing packaging systems and continuously develop them in terms of quality, sustainability, cost-effectiveness and machineability You assume the technical responsibility for packaging throughout the product development process – from the concept phase to pattern developments to series production You evaluate materials, manufacturing technologies and suppliers taking into account sustainability, regulatory requirements and costs You organize machine, packaging and transport tests, accompany them on site if necessary and document the results comprehensible

You have successfully completed a technical study, for example in packaging technology or material sciences, or have a comparable technical training with relevant professional experience Ideally, you have already gained experience in the development and optimization of packaging and have good knowledge in materials, printing processes and packaging machines You bring experience in project management and are happy to advance projects together with various specialist areas, suppliers and other partners. In doing so, you are structuring, solution-oriented and team-oriented Sustainability in packaging development is an important topic for you and you want to help implement sustainable and resource-saving concepts You work safely with MS Office; Ideally, you also have experience with ERP systems such as Infor M3 and Adobe programs Occasionary missions, e.g. to accompany tests with suppliers, are of course for you You have good English skills in word and writing
