We are looking for a Braumeister Production (m/w/d) (multi-layer operation) at the Dortmund location to strengthen our team

You take responsibility – you ensure our production processes according to the technical, technological and qualitative requirements and are responsible for the further development of your employees (m/w/d) and for the demand determination of training and further training measures. They ensure smooth processes – they monitor and optimize the workflows, energy and raw material deployments and are responsible for inventory management and material procurement, goods receipt and goods exit booking (with support from the Manufacturing Control department). They coordinate maintenance activities in cooperation with the maintenance department. You lead with competence and passion – you have the professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility of the department's staff (m/w/d) and are responsible for personnel deployment planning incl. holiday planning. They improve our processes – they work on projects in the production sector, to take over the project management.

Your training – you have a training as a brewer or equivalent or higher-quality qualification or a master craft qualification of a comparable training. Your experience – you bring relevant professional experience in beer production and have already gained leadership experience. Your personality – you are characterized by your communication strength and organizational talent and point with your pronounced social competence. When performing your tasks, you always keep in mind the quality and costs. They are also ready to work in shiftwork and also on weekends, as well as on Sundays and holidays.
