You troubleshoot, detect and track system disturbances and possible product defects and perform corresponding error lists You will be assigned systems/systems where you carry out remote monitoring and maintenance They work together with the team on on-site structures, commissioning and configurations and administration of the systems You currently hold the plant and configuration documentation You take on readiness

They have completed technical training in the field of IT, communications technology, electronics, etc. You already have first experiences in the described or a similar field of work or want to become a professional beginner:in or cross-comers, you can work into this interesting field You know well in the field of network technology (LAN/WAN) as well as in WINDOWS and LINUX systems They have optimally already dealt with communication technology (SIP), NF digital and/or HF technology and had to do with MS SQL and MySQL servers (not mandatory) You master the MS Office programs and have excellent knowledge of German and good English in word and writing You like to work independently and structured, like to learn new things and can also motivate yourself They also keep a quiet head under pressure and with unplanned requirements and enjoy challenging challenges
