As an experienced insurance expert, you are an integral part of the international corporate insurance team You are responsible for managing and optimizing the Group-wide portfolio in the fields of Financial Lines & Liability They take care of the identification, evaluation and analysis of insurable risks The conception, development and implementation of tailor-made insurance solutions is in your area of responsibility They take care of the strategic management of cooperation with internal stakeholders, in-house brokers and external brokers You are responsible for the relationship management with brokers incl. Performance monitoring and further development Planning, coordination and implementation of contract negotiations with national and international insurance partners is your responsibility Active support of Head of Insurance for projects and strategic issues in corporate insurance and risk management

You have completed relevant studies or successfully completed insurance-specific training with appropriate certification They bring excellent experience in corporate insurance management, ideally focusing on liability or financial lines insurance Ideally, you have already gained experience in managing international insurance programs Your independentness, reliability and intrinsic motivation characterizes you They are a dedicated personality with strong intercultural competence and feel at home in an international working environment Their thinking and action is characterized by entrepreneurial vision, a solution-oriented approach and a high degree of self-responsibility They convince by communication strength, team spirit and a safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external partners
