At our mission we work with currently 240 colleagues at our two sites in Konz (Rheinland-Pfalz) and Ilmenau (Thüringen). You are the heart of our company and the guarantee for our success. You develop service projects in Germany and Europe: From the supply creation to the work execution on the construction site to the refurbishment and presentation of the invoice in the office You plan and carry out service assignments at the construction site, for example for the processing and repair of faults and customer complaints or for the execution of extension and rebuilding measures - partly alone or in the team You work closely with adjacent departments such as project planning, sales, production and assembly You take supervisor activities on customer construction sites and supervises foreign companies when installing ELATEC switchgear You independently develop suggestions for product improvement taking into account customer feedback

You have a degree as a master or technician (m/w/d) of electrical engineering or a Bachelor in Energy Technology or Electrical engineering. You have at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position in electrical or switchgear engineering. You have a safe handling of test and measurement equipment and solid know-how of relevant laws, standards and guidelines You draw your attention through a responsible, independent and conscientious way of working, hand-on mentality and a solution-oriented approach You are convinced by contact, team capacity and the willingness to regularly travel, for this you are in possession of a class B licence You have fluent German (mind. C1 level) and good English skills (mind. B2 level)
