Leadership and development of a team of>15 employees as a stimulus that communicates transparently and clearly defines priorities Responsibility for the successful development of products and services within the business unit Product Focus: From Mechanical and Hardware to Embedded Software to Full-Stack Development Ensuring agile functioning within the interdisciplinary team Compliance with budget, appointment and quality requirements and optimal use of internal resources Relationship management and close cooperation with international partners, sales units and external stakeholders Continuous optimization of the area you are responsible for and close exchange with the top management to which you report directly

Complete technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics, informatics, physics or comparable disciplines) Experience in the development of software and hardware solutions and a strong understanding of the integration of mechanical and electronic components Insufficient leadership experience and the ability to inspire people and to take them in decision-making processes – Impressed communication strength at all levels Ö with internal and external stakeholders and intercultural competencies Entrepreneurial thinking, pioneering spirit and affinity for sustainable technologies Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern development processes of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English as well as readiness for occasional business trips
