SAP Project Manager (m/f/d)

The introduction of SAP S/4HANA is one of the most important transformation projects of our company in the coming years. For this central task, we are looking for an SAP project manager (m/w/d), who is responsible for bringing people together and shaping the successful implementation of our S/4HANA Public Cloud project. In this role, you work at the interface between IT, departments and external implementation partners. You make sure that solutions are working out of requirements and make a decisive contribution to shaping the digital future of the Isabellenhütte. You take over the project management for our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud project over the next 2 to 3 years – from conception to implementation to successful go-live. You coordinate the participating departments, external implementation partners and other project participants and ensure compliance with deadline, budget and quality targets. You structure and tax project activities, identify risks early and initiate appropriate measures to achieve targets. You prepare decision bases for project management and regularly report to the IT management and relevant bodies. You are helping to successfully establish new processes and working methods in the company and ensure a close coordination between business and IT.

You have already accompanied or directed projects in the SAP environment, ideally as part of an SAP S/4HANA introduction or migration. You have a good understanding of business processes and can safely classify technical relationships as well as business requirements. You work structured, take responsibility and keep track of complex projects and several parallel topics. You are convinced by a strong communication capability and will be safe and binding to internal departments and external partners. You have very good German and good English skills.
