Your tasks: As a project manager, you are a key and professional partner for our nationwide locations in terms of the implementation of process and legal requirements for dealing with pollutants (including asbestos, PCB, PAK, KMF etc.) as part of ongoing maintenance and housing modernization You are actively working in cross-departmental projects to optimize the requirements for handling pollutants with You analyze and evaluate the existing processes and continuously optimize them in cooperation with all stakeholders involved You are a link between the central technology of the object holding companies and the operating units You support the sites in managing regional and supra-regional laboratory and refurbishment service providers Always comply with the relevant provisions, standards and other technical and legal regulations You support the decentralised locations in performance allocation and collection

You have successfully completed your vocational training in crafts and a further education as a master/technomist or a comparable study You are experts for pollutants and have a multi-year professional experience in the field of building pollutants and restoration/reconstruction You convince with extensive knowledge of the regulations, regulations and standards. Ideally You have the expertise according to TRGS 519 and/or TRGS 524 You have good knowledge of how to use MS Office (especially Excel) and can also analyse larger amounts of data in a targeted manner Self-responsible work and cross-disciplinary thinking are of course for you.
