Technical support and advice from end customers – telephone, email and on-site Conducting product demonstrations, laboratory tests and feasibility studies Presentations and trainings for customers (on site or online) Installation and commissioning of equipment and user training Participation in the preparation and maintenance of training documents, application instructions and presentations Support of projects in the application laboratory (e.g. device tests, troubleshooting, cooperation with service and technical support)
