Your duties: A warm host, as one of the first staff to arrive at guests Check-In and Check-Out Active sale of our in-house offers Active Upselling at Check In - As part of our internal UpSell program complaint management processing of personal & telephone enquiries and room reservations Close cooperation with all departments within the hotel Competent contact for our guests? You know each other in the region and always have the perfect holiday tip for our guests. Your profile: professional experience in the hotel industry in the front office area or booking willingness to work on weekends and holidays in hotel usual working hours (no night service) Active cooperation and self-confidence, with high performance readiness Very good IT skills with common hotel software (preferably ASA hotel software) Good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 You are happy to contribute to our stay in the hotel.
