Senior Brand Manager - KI / Marketing Automation (m/f/d)

You define, implement and streamline AI-based workflows in your discipline to reduce manual effort, speed schedules and improve output quality in a great style You systematically analyze existing processes on automation and AI optimization potentials, evaluate the best tools and platforms and integrate them into the production pipeline You shape governance frameworks, introductory standards and success metrics for AI-based tools and workflows across the company with You act as a specialist:in your field for AI applications, follow new technologies and translate them into practical, scalable solutions You provide high-quality results in your discipline, be it visual designs, written content, animations, video editing or social media campaigns You ensure brand consistency across all ten brands and markets through scalable templates, asset libraries, style guides and standardized workflows

You have proven, practical experience with AI tools in your area (e.g. Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly, Claude, GPT, Gemini, Runway, Pika, Kling, Descript, ElevenLabs, HeyGen) and you are already using AI in your daily work with concrete examples and results. You are able to evaluate and implement AI platforms with a focus on measurable ROI, governance and organizational acceptance You have a strong portfolio or proof of success that demonstrate both craft excellence and strategic thinking You have experience in or with large, cross-functional teams (more than 30 people) and with common project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Clickup or similar) You are highly motivated for “Greenfield” situations and capable of building an AI tooling strategy from scratch as an exciting creative challenge You have the ability to lead through influence, build confidence, and conduct coordination between different stakeholders and teams.
