Completed training recognised in Germany as a plant mechanic HKLS, SHK plant mechanic, mechatronic engineer for refrigeration, central heating and ventilation engineer, gas and water installer or a comparable technical qualification First professional experience in the field of HKLS, technical building equipment or facility management is advantageous, dedicated professional beginners are also welcome Knowledge of maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of buildings Customer-oriented, reliable and team-oriented working German knowledge at least level B2 Class B driving licence
