The ITOM 2 zOS department provides the hardware/software infrastructure for the operation of the central applications of the Bundeswehr at the data center locations in Bonn and Strausberg. It is responsible for the design of the mainframe infrastructure, provision, maintenance, operation and second-level support of the operating system z/OS including the security, database, automation, monitoring and production and application-controlling software used on this operating system platform. After incorporation, a home office share of about 75% can be planned. .
