From now on, we are looking for one of our RKH Regionale Kliniken Holding und Services GmbH department at one of our RKH locations

Contract period: unlimited in part time 30% - 50%

Our range of services:

The Human Resources and Works department is a central service area that supports management in implementing corporate strategy, human resources management and personnel development. Together with the other departments, it adopts a cross-sectional function vis-à-vis the clinics and institutes associated with the four regional directories. The Departments of Medical Service, RKH Academy, Daycare, Personal Service and Controlling and Real Estate/Housing Administration are assigned to the department.

Your tasks:

• Own-sponsored execution of the monthly payrolls with the accounting system HCM SAP
• Care of employees in all questions relevant to the charge
• Collection and maintenance of personnel master files
• Management and maintenance of digital personal files and personal administration
• Communication with social security institutions and authorities
• If required, compiling monthly reports/statistics
• Participation in special projects

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training and experience in the area of pay billing
• Ideally first knowledge in healthcare
• High level of responsibility and reliability and absolute confidentiality
• Structured, careful operation and high performance
• Secure handling of Office applications and experience with HCM SAP
• Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
