Administrative support of production logistics Compilation and testing of production orders for completeness Support for inventory and maintenance of inventory data Document management and storage Communication with internal interfaces such as production, purchasing and IT Processing of general administrative tasks in the production environment

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification experience in administrative activities, ideally in a production plant Secure handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Structured and careful operation Willingness to shift work Organisational skills and reliability Discretion and loyalty Teamability and Communication Strength
