You ideally have completed training in the insurance broker or are trained bank merchants (m/w/d) or have completed commercial training. You are motivated to design modern sales and have ideally already achieved first sales success. You are strong to convince and communicate with their expertise and consulting skills. At the personal level, you act with a lot of initiative and willingness to take responsibility You are open to new things and bring your own ideas with you, which you can also implement with us. You have fun and joy in dealing with people and convince by independent and targeted work instruction. You have a feeling for current trends from the financial and insurance world and have an affinity for the digital world. You have the license class B and basic knowledge of MS Office.
