In your 18-month trainee program, we prepare you as a potential provider:in an individual, targeted and professional way, for your demanding work after the trainee program.

With your skills, you actively contribute and gradually take responsibility for exciting tasks in private real estate financing such as customer talks, acquisition activities and administrative support in the daily operating business. Our team enriches your experiences and fresh ideas.

You appreciate the exchange with others and make a knowledge transfer within the LBBW. So we create new things together and you can further develop.

The market relevance both in analogue and digital ways is increased by you, such as planning and organizing customer events and participation at trade fairs. You also work with increasing sales potential and raising efficiency. No day like the other - from participation in the professionalization of our lead management to cooperation in cross-departmental projects.

The basis for your success is a completed study (Bachelor/Master) or a comparable qualification (e.g. a farmer). You have already gained valuable experience in the financial and real estate sector through internships or student offices and are very interested in this. You convince with pronounced communicative skills as well as cooperation and negotiation skills. With your curiosity and your strong will for performance, you want to grow and get ready to familiarise yourself with new topics.

You have a high customer orientation and service readiness as well as enthusiasm for sales.
