Your job as a home technician (m/w/d):

• Maintenance and maintenance of all technical and other facilities within and outside the facility
• Implementation and organisation of repairs, disorders and damage elimination
• Control and monitoring of compliance with technical standards and specifications

Your profile as a home technician (m/w/d):

• You have a completed training in a technical or craft occupation, preferably in the electrical or HLS-works/at least electrical help certificate
• Ideally, you have a training to the building technician (m/w/d) or to the occupational safety officer (m/w/d)
• Ability and willingness to communicate and cooperate with residents whose relatives, employees and superiors are your own
• You have social competence, team and organizational ability, sense of responsibility and resilience
• Initiative, ready-to-use, friendly appearance
• German in Word and Writing
