Our team “Customer Quality Sales and Aftersales” as part of the “MO/Quality Customer Experience” division works with partners in specialist areas (e.g. Marketing & Sales, Product Management) and markets along the value chain to make customer wishes and needs in retail meet. We offer an exciting student office where you can help create an outstanding customer experience and long-term brand loyalty. As part of our team, you will deal with increasing customer satisfaction and fulfilling quality goals. Through independent, cross-functional and international cooperation, this student office offers you various possibilities for development. You will get a wide range of insights into different areas of the company as well as the entire customer journey, as we are represented as “customer quality sales and aftersales” at all customer touchpoints and therefore work together with a broad partner network. The establishment and coordination of quality processes and the identification of global, market and product-specific fields of action are particularly important. Using our sensors, you play a decisive role in the concept development of our customer channels (e.g. App, Web, In-Car and Vehicle Transfer) and in the control of relevant information content as part of our content strategy. These challenges include: Project coordination and management or independent acquisition of subprojects Conception, development and implementation of workshops (internal team and with our partners) Support in the design, evaluation and development of new sales formats Control of the information content in our customer channels (vehicle transfer, web and future in-car applications) based on customer feedback Development of questionnaires and interview guides, as well as the control of surveys Preparation of presentations, analyses and reports Insight into development concepts and new functions of our vehicles Become part of our dynamic team and shape together innovative concepts for increasing customer satisfaction at all customer touchpoints. The work student activity can start from August 2025.

Continuous studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable course of studies Interest in new vehicle technologies and content management Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English Safe handling of MS Office Teamability and a high self-motivation Analytical thinking and strategic working Creativity and high affinity for digital media Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
