The designated area of responsibility shall include: Management of the 5 staff assigned to your executive department General executive services Creation and updating of drafting plans, implementation of Completion plan conferences and initial decisions on actions open to completion Processing of applications, judicial and extrajudicial appeals of prisoners Disclosure of disciplinary and security measures against prisoners Proceedings in enforcement proceedings Processing of imprisonment and insolvency matters of prisoners, as well as checking and monitoring the collection of detention costs Keeping of speaking hours for prisoners Participation in the design of treatment offers Responsibility for compliance with safety and regulatory requirements at the department Participation in the inspection service Further tasks can be transferred.

Required for the job is: a completed university degree as a Diplom-Social pedagogue / Diplom-Social pedagogue or as a graduate manager / graduate manager or a comparable (special) college degree capable of taking over the enrolled tasks. In addition, it would be desirable: At least theoretical knowledge of employee management Legal knowledge e.g. B. in enforcement, criminal and criminal enforcement law Amount Take responsibility communicate clearly and openly setting priorities and making them transparent working constructively in the team and promoting acceptance for changes Active use of design spaces An appreciation and thoughtful attitude

This is divided into two individual elements (Assessment Center and Selection) which both have to be successfully completed. The failure of the assessment center leads to exclusion from the further procedure.

The Assessment Center will take place on 27 or 28 January 2026 in Neumünster. If a suitability can be found in the Assessment Center, the short-term invitation to the selection call for 4 February 2026 will take place.
