IT Service Manager -Application Lifecycle Management (m/w/d)

​The Service Package "Application Hosting" is responsible for the operation of customer applications in the data centers of the Bundeswehr. It puts Construction of required, standardized operating platforms safe and coordinates the implementation, migration and operation of existing and new applications on these platforms.

-Your tasks:-

· Responsibility for service management and operation of Customer applications along the entire Lifecycle Service · Responsibility for the technical control of the service team · Responsibility for ensuring contractual compliance Performance and service quality, e.g. SLA and costs · Ensuring compliance and compliance Operating Processes in Application Hosting · Participation in solution design and implementation and Development of new applications and services

-Your profile:

· Completed studies or comparable training in the field Economy and/or Computer Science · About 5 years of relevant professional and multiannual professional management experience and experience with IT customer projects in the authorities or industrial environment · Very good knowledge of IT services such as Managed Server, Managed Database, virtualization solutions, middleware products and networks, ideally in data center environments · Knowledge of ITIL and agile methods as well as in operational control IT solutions and IT migration or outsourcing projects, ideally in the administrative environment · target orientation, good delegation and communication skills and a responsible, careful and conscientious procedure · German language skills in language as well as writing
