YEARS: Technical responsibility Conduct and continuous further development of the welding workshop

Construction and optimization of manufacturing processes for printing equipment taking into account applicable standards and legal requirements

Selection, qualification and coordination of the required specialist staff

Participation in the maintenance of manufacturer qualification and the establishment and further development of standard and efficient manufacturing processes

Coordination of the necessary non-destructive tests (ZfP) in close coordination with quality assurance and welding supervision

Performance of operational tasks of welding oversight within the scope of delegated powers

Proactive cooperation with quality assurance and responsible welding supervision for deviations and corrective measures

Creation of welding instructions (WPS), welding and testing plans and participation in technical documentation

Support of the construction department for production-oriented solutions and drawings

Support of the purchasing department in the procurement of relevant materials and services

Quality, documentation and organizational tasks Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and occupational safety regulations in the area of responsibility

Monitoring the achievement of targets and regular reporting to the next senior management level

Technical reporting to the responsible welding supervision

Documentation of quality-relevant documents and evidence

Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, guidelines and regulatory requirements

Active participation in continuing and continuing training measures to ensure and extend the professional qualification

Multiannual professional experience in the leading position of a welding plant, ideally for printing, plant or apparatus Qualification as International Welding Specialist (IWS)

Training and practical experience as a welding teacher

Training and experience as a welding supervisor

Knowledge of relevant standards and control systems in the field of welding technology and printing equipment construction

Very good knowledge of German and reliable knowledge of English
