You examine the creditworthiness, the property and the financing concept and approve the financing under the Bank's own credit competence and admissible regulations.

In daily credit management, we focus on your experience and expertise. Data inputs and document checks are increasingly digitized. Your core tasks include: Credit and risk assessment You analyze complex loan applications in the field of private building financing. You assess the creditability and creditworthiness of our customers Real estate Own-responsible visualization, testing and processing of all object documents and data relevant to assessment as an essential preliminary stage of the final evaluation Credit You make independent credit decisions within existing competencies.

You work structured, carefully and think in solutions instead of in problems. You feel comfortable in a professionally shaped environment and keep an overview even with several open processes. (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the financial sector. Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in the handling of property or the succession of construction financing. Depth knowledge of credit law, real estate valuation, and dealing with the current credit platforms (e.g. Ehyp, Europace). Analytical thinking, high risk competence, accuracy and a pronounced service awareness.
