In your position, you support people with different problems in creating real perspectives for them: by accompanying, supporting and activating them in their social environment. You carry out a holistic individual support according to §16k SGB II You offer advice and behavioral training, document the support coaching and provide individual assistance with problems. You develop funding or activation or integration plans and implement them together with the action participants. You work with references and job mediators - because we are important to you.

The place is fixed for 12 months and to be occupied in Berlin-Schöneberg. It can be occupied both in full-time and part-time (at least 30 hours distributed over 5 days).

Completed study of social education/working and/or Social work and/or pedagogy, ideally with the supplementary subjects or Main areas of study Social education / youth assistance or state-approved educators Experience in cooperation with public funding agencies (work agencies/job centres, etc.) Sensitivity, consulting skills and conflictability Constructive and successful handling of difficult situations as well as targeted and self-responsive working Safe handling of the PC and Language knowledge in Ukrainian, Russian, Arabic, Turkish, Romanian, Bulgarian and/or English are desirable
