As a VoIP Solution Architect (m/w/d) you act as a consultant and IT architect of our products, with the focus of our innovative cloud telephone system, reputatio CallManager, as a link between our sales and project realization in our medium-sized business and group customers. In your key role as a technical consultant, our B2B customers will delight you with individual concepts and tailor-made solutions in the field of telecommunications and IT infrastructure and will implement them on-site with their hands-on mentality throughout Germany. You will receive a comprehensive incorporation of our specialists on the product and our processes and will thus become a reliable contact person and converter. Design and design: You support our sales through professional pre-sales support and develop customized IT solutions for call flow concepts in the VoIP area based on customer needs. Presenting and designing: You motivate and inspire our customers for the communication concepts you have developed on a professional level. You plan and implement the professional roll-out at the customer's premises and carry out workshops together with the customer's project team. Understanding and managing: You act as the first contact for customers around our products and as an interface to internal departments such as sales, project management, development and support and external partners in the implementation phase.

Complete technical studies (e.g. in the field of computer science / business informatics) or comparable training with multi-year professional experience Funded network knowledge in combination with VoIP Experience as a consultant, ideally in the telecommunications, infrastructure or IT industry Independent, structured and targeted working methods as well as strong team skills readiness to travel within Germany Excellent German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge is advantageous Excellent communication and presentation capability Your strong self-organization, hand-on mentality as well as your well-founded understanding of the sales area are particularly highlighted.
