Team Leader Corporate Finance & Insurance (m/f/d)

You lead and develop a dedicated team and create an environment that promotes self-responsibility, cooperation and continuous improvement. You are responsible for banking reporting and, together with the Director Finance, you are responsible for corporate and corporate financing. These include financial instruments, intercompany financing, leasing, funding and support for investment and financing projects. You control the issues of insurance and damage management – from contract management, communication with insurers to professional damage regulation. You are responsible for tax issues in the complementary and holding companies as well as foreign businesses in close cooperation with external tax advisors. You coordinate regulatory finance topics, in particular in customs, sales tax, excise taxes and ESG/CSRD requirements, and ensure compliance with legal requirements together with the specialist areas. You will play a key role in the proper implementation of all financial accounting processes as well as ensuring timely and high-quality completion - in cooperation with the Accounting area.

You have a successful degree in business management with a focus on finance, accounting or tax, or a comparable commercial qualification with a corresponding further education (e.g. balance sheet book holder). You have several years of professional experience in the financial and accounting of a manufacturing company or an audit firm. Ideally, you have already been able to gain first leadership experience or convince by strong potential to take responsibility for a team. You have well-founded knowledge in financial and accounting as well as in commercial and tax law (HGB). Ideally, you will experience corporate finance, treasury, insurance or regulatory finance issues. A secure handling of ERP systems (desirable SAP) as well as the common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is of course for you. You convince with a high degree of sense of responsibility, service orientation and communication strength, ideally also in good English language .
