Coordination and monitoring of HSE measures during the assembly process of hybrid towers Examination and control of the HSE documentation of our subcontractors (RAMS analysis, HSE plan control, evaluation of the training matrix, etc.) Ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements on site Implementation of HSE inspections at the site and at subcontractors to ensure safety at the site Ensure that the assembly and construction processes follow the HSE guidelines and influence that these guidelines are complied with Quality control and application of safety requirements directly at the construction site Participation in the identification and elimination of safety-relevant deficiencies (e.g. of anomalies or deficiencies in occupational and health issues)

Training for occupational safety (Sifa) or comparable qualification in the field of occupational health and safety Alternatively, you have technical safety tasks, ideally in the construction or wind energy sector, through relevant training or professional experience. At least 2 years of professional experience in construction and knowledge in machine testing Safe handling of HSE-specific software Knowledge of construction processes, materials, systems and processes Confidential with national HSE law and the application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Very good English knowledge (at least B2-level); German knowledge is advantageous Readiness to travel: You are on-site and adapts flexibly to changing locations according to the requirements of our projects
