IT Application Maintainer (m/f/d)

Application Support & Support: You are the first and second point of contact (1st/2nd level) for professionals in questions, disruptions and change requests for our applications. Operation & further development: You ensure trouble-free technical and technical operation, plan and accompany updates, maintenance and tests and develop the applications together with the specialist areas. Processes & Interfaces: You analyze and optimize processes, document incidents/problems/work results, and address interfaces to third-party systems as well as user and authorization structures. Projects & service providers: You develop solution concepts, obligations and specifications, coordinate smaller IT projects and act as an interface between internal specialists and external service providers. Training & Documentation: You prepare trainings, perform user trainings and provide a current, practical documentation of systems and processes.

Qualification: Complete training (e.g. technical informatics application development/system integration, IT businessman) or studies (informatics, business informatics) – Cross entry with well-founded experience welcome. Experience: experience in supporting business applications; ideally ERP systems, CRM or DMS. Knowledge in the craft environment is a plus. Technology & Tools: Secure knowledge in MS Office (in Excel), Windows server environments, SQL databases; Ticket system experience of advantage. Operation: Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation, high self-initiative, team capacity and strong communication strength. Motivation: lust for diverse tasks, quick incorporation into new topics and close cooperation with specialist departments in a heterogeneous software landscape. Language: Very good German knowledge in word and writing.
