For the location in Schleswig-Holstein, which is currently heavily expanded, I am looking for an experienced leader for a key role in the technology department. Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team consisting of currently 5 employees Ensuring plant safety in the field of electrical and automation technology incl. Leittechnik at the Bovenau site Planning, technical monitoring and documentation of maintenance, repairs, extensions and changes of all responsible facilities Impressive cooperation in the development of advanced automation and digitalization strategies and the introduction of appropriate technologies Representation of operational interests in replacement and new building investment projects Training of employees Participation in audits

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship with appropriate advance training or a study of automation technology, electrical engineering, a comparable course of study You can use multi-year leadership experience They bring experience in establishing maintenance strategies They have well-founded knowledge of process automation, control technology (PCS7, TIA portal, DeltaV) and MSR technology as well as work safety regulations You are well informed about development topics in automation and digitalization Experiences in the quality-regulated area, e.g. pharmaceutical, food, chemical, vehicle, aircraft, etc. Secure communication and appearance with internal and external partners Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and hands-on mentality Very good German and good English skills
