As Head of the Facility Service & Kleinanlagenbau department, you are responsible for the operating as well as commercial business towards various major customers in the Hamburg area. Their role as leadership also includes the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of project and object managers. Your entire team (including service technicians) has about 25 employees.

Complete organization and control of the department, consisting of the two areas of technical facility service and maintenance as well as the area of small plant construction / customer service engineering Responsibility for the handling and execution of smaller construction projects and maintenance services in the field of building technology / technical building equipment (TGA) Professional and disciplined leadership of a team of about 25 - 30 employees from the field of technical service and maintenance as well as small plant construction / plant construction Responsibility for operational and commercial customer support Support for the acquisition and implementation of projects in the field of technical building equipment (TGA )/ Supply Technology / Building Technology / Technical Facility Services Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales, purchasing, department and project management Control and optimization of processes and resource planning Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards

Complete studies in the field of supply technology, building technology, electrical engineering or a further education for the technician/master in the field of building technology (heating/air conditioning/ventilation/ sanitation/cooling or electrical engineering) or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional and management experience in the field of TGA / Supply Technology / building engineering (small or) plant engineering Entrepreneurial thinking, communication strength and enforcement Secure handling of MS Office and ideally SAP knowledge Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and a valid work permit driving licence class B
