As a key account manager (m/w/d) in the field of facility management, you take over the holistic support and strategic further development of our key accounts. You act as a central interface between customer and internal departments and actively shape long-term customer relationships as well as tailor-made facility management solutions. You will have the opportunity to flexibly design office presence in Cologne or Essen and mobile work.

Your profile - you should bring:

Completed commercial or technical training or study with reference to Facility Management, TGM or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in key account management, sales or support for large customers in facility management or in technical services Very good commercial understanding and pronounced analytical and structured working methods Safe handling of MS Excel and ideally experience with CRM, contract or CAFM systems Impressed communication and negotiation strength and entrepreneurial thinking Experience in the control of internal interfaces or in the professional guidance of advantage
