in a part-time job with 75%. Active participation and continuous development of the quality management system, clinical risk management and sustainability and energy management system Monitoring and support for certification in internal and external audits in the relevant fields Support for centres including certification procedures Support in QM-related and selected specialist projects Creation and evaluation of quality indicators and reports Consultation and training of departments on quality management topics incl. Assessment of the effectiveness of implemented QM measures Development and maintenance of the document management system and other QM/RM-relevant software tools Collection, analysis and assessment of risks Development of prevention measures Support for cooperation with the medical controlling of our house with regard to structural and quality testing

Completed commercial training, ideally related to health First professional experience in health, preferably in the hospital Experience in sustainability and environmental management Experience in quality management and monitoring of certification processes, ideally with the QM systems DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 50001 High personal competence, in particular responsibility, team capacity, social strength, a committed and professional occurrence and a structured, independent way of working
