Our Customer Service Center Homecare is the heart of apetito and as the first respondent, you will delight interested seniors and their relatives for our products and services. You receive orders and requests by e-mail or by phone and process complaints You process customer master files and orders in various specific IT systems To ensure that you are optimally prepared and feel safe, you will receive a very structured and intensive training by our trained trainers But even after the incorporation time, you will be constantly encouraged by coaching, monitoring and internal training Together with your team, you will cover time-setting hours between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm - you can work both in full time and in part time (at least 20 hours/week)

Whether you have experience in customer service or get to us as a cross-release (m/w/d) – the most important thing for us is that you bring an absolutely service-oriented way of working and this one. in the secure written response of enquiries to our customers.
